Sai Gon Co-op Investment Development JSC (SCID), Singapore’s Mapple Tree and the Sai Gon Transportation Mechanical Corp (Samco) will build a 200 million USD complex in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7.
Tan Phong shopping complex will cover a site of 42,200 sq.m consisting of a department store, a co-op mart, entertainment facilities and office buildings.
SCID will hold a 65 percent stake in the project, Maple Tree 30 percent and SAMCO 5 percent.
